 DND eyes man's link to shooting victim
The security clearance of a civilian employee with the Department of Defence is being investigated by military police after officials discovered he was a close friend of a man who had ties to organized crime.
Joey Medaglia is godfather to Graham Thomas's 19-month-old twins. Thomas, a convicted drug dealer who had alleged ties to the Hells Angels and the Rizzuto crime family in Montreal, was killed in a shooting at his tanning salon last month.
