 Suspected Hells Angels shooter may be alive
SAN JOSE -- A member of the Hells Angels who is suspected of shooting and killing a fellow member at a San Jose funeral in San Jose is reportedly still alive. Police believe 38-year old Steven Ruiz is on the run, remains dangerous and may have two black eyes and other facial injuries.
He is accused of fatally shooting 52-year-old Hells Angels enforcer Steve Tausan at Oak Hill cemetery on October 15th during a funeral for Jeffrey "Jethro" Pettigrew. Pettigrew was the president of the San Jose chapter of the motorcycle club, who was killed outside a Nevada casino last month.
